Hotel Ceresio - Lugano

Our room was neat, with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. the hotel was situated in a central location in the middle of Jackson.

Parking is free and ample, that's very handy in this city. The air cond is pretty good, the rooms are quiet. Reception was warm, though it is a large hotel that otherwise doesn't have much character and looks dated. It was one of the best value we could find in this city at that time.

Wifi is only around reception area, the breakfast wasn't really exciting, our room didn't look inspiring, not massively comfortable, especially the mattress. Though parking is free it is a huge pain in the butt to find the hotel (very busy 1 way system all around the area) and even worst to find the parking.

The hotel was big with a good and magnificent location short walk to the boulevard and the old town and waterfront. My spacious room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. I thoroughly enjoyed views over mountain.

Comfortable bed and tidy rooms. Well-maintained and functional place. - Convenient and absolutely perfect location, so close to Absolute Art Gallery. - Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

If what you are looking for is a nice clean pace to stay at night while you spend the day out discovering Lugano, this hotel is the perfect budget friendly place!

Breakfast buffet is very mean. Croissants were certainly from a previous day and not fresh. Same for the fruits which seems to have been on the table for days

our stay in lugano was fantastic. the hotel we chose was close to the center and the staff was friendly. the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was a highlight of our stay.

No hot water for showers.

We were kinda surprised by the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room at Hotel Ceresio. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with the city center and Lugano lake just a short 5-minute walk away. The free WiFi provided was a convenient feature as well.

In terms of specific situations, we had a minor issue with the window shutter blinds mechanism being defective, but the staff promptly addressed it when we notified them. the breakfast served at the hotel was tasty, although it could have benefited from more variety.

C'etait un des hotels les moins chers que nous avons trouve dans cette ville. La chambre etait tres propre, l'hotel est situe pres de tout ce qui a faire a Lugano et de la gare de train et les employes etaient gentils et aidants.

La chambre ne vaut définitivement pas le prix que nous avons payé, mais supposément que tous les hébergements sont chers en Suisse. L'ascenseur est archaïque. Nous n'avions pas de rideaux dans la douche, donc nous avions à nous rincer avec une douche téléphone. L'eau était très tiède presque froide. Ce sont des détails, mais pour le prix, c'est un peu insultant!

The location was great, close to the city center and the lake which was perfect for a Thanksgiving stroll. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who assisted me with my check-in and provided me with maps and tips of the area. the free Wi-Fi offered was a nice touch for keeping in touch with family back home.

The noise levels were quite high from both the street and within the hotel. the lack of staff and supervision after a certain hour made it difficult to get assistance with any issues that arose in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It was close to the city center, making it easy for me to explore the city. The room was verysuper clean and cozy, with all the necessary facilities. the breakfast buffet was a nice touch, offering simple and tasty options.
